This heart-vortex swirl is pretty cool.  Looks like it is a free pour, trailing across the swirls at the end to create the heart shape.

I guess the worst thing about these designs, is that the latte looks so good – but to enjoy it, you are going to have to destroy it.  Many barista’s will tell you not to worry, you can always come back and they’ll make you another!
